We used this place for our 3 dogs a 4-5 times. They have a military discount and the prices are reasonable for Niceville. We left dog beds and when I returned, I saw the beds on the kennel's back counter. The lady's response was "we didn't want to get your dog beds wet or ruined." Not happy. So they were on concrete or a towel. The last time we went, it was a holiday weekend and it had been rainy. When I picked them up, they had dried poop on their fur! When I asked the owner about it, he didn't apologize. He just told me some dogs don't want to go out in the rain. I can assure you my dogs don't sleep in poop! I didn't even want to put them in my car and I had to bathe all 3 of them immediately. That was the last straw. Not going back.
The staff at happy valley are always super friendly and accommodating. The groomers are able to see my vision for my dogs with little explaination. Happy Valley is the only place I feel comfortable leaving my pets when they can't be with me. The indoor/outdoor runs can't be found anywhere else. I love that my dogs have the option of coming and going as they please.
We boarded our 80 pound goldendoodle here during the Hurricane Matthew evacuations. They were very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and our dog was well taken care of. They provided food and everything that he needed we just had to drop him off. L
Well, i was gonna try this place, but by the looks of the reviews, *too many low star ratings* i will find another place. also, it sounds as if this place will not accomodate your dog if they have to use the potty. RIDICULOUS. Why is it so hard to find a decent kennel in this area? DO NOT GO TO DANNYS DOGHOUSE, IT'S WORSE THAN THIS PLACE. I used Danny's. see my reviews on his page. btw, danny is not his real name. he is a disgusting human being.
