well the postman/woman for my address claimed the left a notice of delivery on my door when i was home the whole time. trying to get ahold of anyone at the office is impossible and thier hours are not customer friendly. very poor customer service and as mentioned in previous reviews, the employees are not to be bothered with your needs. Im on my way to being a full time UPS cutomer.
Open after I go to work. CLOSED durring lunch and close before I get off work. Worthless post office.
Really not sure what is up with my mail carrier, but he ALWAYS delivers my neighbors mail to me and I constantly have to walk next door and stick it in the right mailbox. I seem to never get mail of my own, so I wonder if he is also misdelivering my mail as well...I've missed a package or two already and never saw it again. Had to get it shipped to my work through Niceville's post office to even get them. The employees for Valp are so rude too. They really couldn't care any less about their customers. I've gone inside twice and both times there was only one person in line in front of me...took 20 minutes both times...I was on my lunch break and couldn't even eat lunch those days due to that. Also, one of those times, the lady was trying to set up a new mail box and the way the employee was talking to her made me really uneasy. He was so short with her and acted like she was an idiot when she had legit questions. Step it up.
The service is lousy and the bald employee is rude
It's always a Quick Trip in and a quick trip out and the woman I see working there all the time is fantastic.
