I called for a hot water heater and a clogged drain. Plumber came but I fixed the hot water heater it was a bad breaker. They tred to snake the drain going in from the roof.the pipes broke apart and couldn't be reconnect because plumber said was not running down like was needed but he didn't have the parts needed. He said the bill was 250. So far and it wouldn't be that much to come back to complete the repair.the next day they came back and was here 1 hour and replaced 2 45s and 2 90's on the drain and chargedo another 250 bucks. So for them to unclog the drain and replace 4 2 inch joints cost 525.00. Unbelievable. When I called to find out why it was so high I was informed it cost 185 in labor for that hour of work. And 65 in parts . That's more in labor than a doctors. Now the plumbing is still making a lot of bubbling noise when the tub drains after a bath so I guess it's still have stopped!
Absolutely the worst plumbing experience of my life. Long story short. I called them on a Friday.They came out and I paid them up front in cash. The plumber told me he would come back Saturday morning to fix everything. He never called or showed up. I called their office Monday morning from work. They apologized and sent a plumber to my house around 11. I came home to find my sink still clogged and a pipe leaking under my sink on my brand new cabinets. Called the plumber no answer. I called their office Tuesday morning from work. I got another apology and they told me they would send two plumbers to my house. I come home from work to find that they never showed up. On Wednesday morning I called their office. They apologized and gave me an excuse why they didn't show up. I told them I wanted a refund. They ended up only giving me a third of my money back. Shame on me for paying up front and trying to support a local business but Willingham plumbing definitely put the screws to me. I highly don't recommend using them.
Called them based on a recommendation from a friend. Quoted me one price to complete a job but billed me almost double the amount. I asked for the manager to contact me about this but NEVER heard from them again. I would not recommend this company due to the dishonest business practice.
Professional, courteous, on time. I try to use local when I can, will definitely use them again if needed. Used for a non-emergency issue: 2 leaking outside water spigots.
