Both of those items were removed from the pile of stuff that I didn't want packed. I told them not to touch it. I shouldn't even have to say don't pack my car keys, yet they did it anyway. This has been a very frustrating process so far, and my items haven't even been shipped yet. Hopefully the storage and the shipment part will be better.
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT- Told me they would be here Monday didn't show up called later morning to say they were just going to come Tues/Wed. I insisted they come out that day. Tues they show up with one guy hung over and late after not listening to my directions on how to get here barely get anything done because the one guy is "sick" -hungover- and then promise they will be there early morning and get everything done today but didn't make it out until 9 so we will see if they actually get it done.
I sure hope the worldwide Colman Headquarters read these reviews. This local affiliate is horrible. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
21 Jul Update. After rasing the issue to higher quality assurance levels Coleman finally found our shipment. They did deliver it the same day, but acted like they were doing me a favor. We agreed that they would come remove the boxes after we unpacked, but after calling to schedule they said the earliest they could do it is three weeks from now....
Horrible. The military uses them for moving services and they packed my car keys in the box and a bag that had my important paperwork in it. This happened on a Friday. I tried calling them.on Saturday but received no answer and got in touch with them as soon as they opened on Monday morning. They found my car keys and at about 9:30 that morning and said that the manager in another town would be bringing them by noon. It is now after 5pm and I still do not have my car keys. I haven't been able to drive my car for three days because of this company.

They are a great moving company !! Well organized and get the job done fast and safely! I definitely recommend them to anyone moving!!
Look elsewhere for shippers! I only gave 2 stars because they did listen to what I told them not to pack and they were very nice to deal with once they got here.
They also didn't follow any of the procedures I was told on the paperwork. I am very concerned with my shipment getting there all in one piece etc...
Still awaiting my shipment. I first called when the shipment was due and they said that it should be here "any day now". Two weeks later I called back and they told me they had no record of it and I need to call another agency. After dealing with another company for a week I find out that my shipment is at Coleman's warehouse and they are "trying to locate it"
