My pizza was out of the oven for an hour before I received it. It was completely cold when it was delivered. Tasted under cooked. Last time I use dominos. Thank you dominos for not caring about the product you offer.
I love getting my pizza here, the workers are sweet and understanding! I'll be ordering from here for a while, haha!
When i ordered who ever answered the phone put me on hold and i sat for 10 min on hold then hung up and called back. She said thankyou for calling dominos please hold I said no wait and she put me on hold again. Then i hung up and ordered on the internet. This was only mildly annoying. Then the delivery driver told me 19.14 was my total and it says on the receipt 15.15
We placed an order at 10:57. Estimated time of delivery was 30-40 minutes. At 11:34 we had not heard anything from Dominos, so we checked the tracker. Our pizza had just been put in the oven. We called Dominos and they told us there were several orders placed at the same time as ours, but ours was the next one to go out the door. At 11:54, the tracker said it went out the door. It is now 12:38 and we still have not received our pizza, over an hour after we called to check the status. Of course they are closed now, so we can't call to check what happened. We have no missed calls, no voicemails, nothing. This is completely unacceptable.
So I ordered a pizza with ham and olives. When I received said pizza, it had ham and onions on it. I called the store and informed them of the mixup and they gave me a credit for a free pizza, as well as sending me a replacement pizza. The pizza was also delicious.
