Charged for me for multiple tests I never had done. I have been going to him for almost 10 years and when they dropped my insurance they did not once notify me at all. Then send me a bill for the past two years of services which include several office visits, none of which they ever told me they were no longer covered under my insurance or that I would be getting a huge bill for it 2 years after the fact !!!!!!
